May Club Scrapp-it Now

Club officially came out earlier this week and I thought I would pop in to show everything I created with my kit. I loved working with this months kit - very pretty papers and very easy to work with.
Here are the pages ...
This month I also created some cards ...

And, finally I created a pair of mini books. The first was for my daughter to collect messages in at her birthday party earlier this month.

I couldn't help but to add heaps of colour to mine, using alcohol inks to add texture to the edges of the inner pages and to the covers. I began by sponging on silver and cranberry ink mixed together then after dry added some pearl to the outer edges for added effect.

Mine has been left empty for now, I wanted to keep it blank to give to Deb's daughter who isn't well atm!!

May Scrapbooking Competition - Day 3

Welcome back? How are you going? Have you started or are you still madly collecting everything? Well here's what you need for day 3 -

A Hand-cut title
I know a lot of scrappers think hand cut title are difficult but if you have access to a printer then they don't need to be. Try creating your title in a word document and when your happy with its size, flip it so its mirror imaged. Print and you will be able to cut along the lines knowing that any lines now cut perfectly along will not be visible when you turn your title right way up!!
